I saw a beautiful fringe lamp on the internet. Very expensive lamp. I thought that I could create a similar lamp shade, if I could find the right yarn. So here it is! This chandelier you can attach to pendant lamp.
Step 1:What you need:

embroidery hoop (I used ø 10 inch)
metalic yarn (copper color) phildar brilliant - cuivre
scissors
acrylic paint (old gold color)
artistic wire
double sided adhesive tape (optional)
Step 2:Painting the hoop.

Paint both rings of embroidery hoop in old gold color. I used acrylic paint. Wait untill dry.
Step 3:Cutting the yarn.

Cut many pieces of yarn strings - each 45 cm long. I used 3 balls of yarn for this project (3 x 134 m).
Step 4:Attaching the yarn to the hoop.

Attach yarn to inner ring of embroidery hoop.
I tried different method (larks head knot, simple tying, hot glue) but using double sided adhesive tape was best option for me. I stuck the tape on the outside edge of the inner ring. I took a bunch of 5-8 strings of yarn, folded them in half and stuck them to the tape on the ring. Bunch after bunch. It was long process until I fill the entire ring. But strings were very secure on double sided tape.
Next I put the outer ring over the inner ring and screw adjusting bold on the outer ring.
Step 5:Hanging the chandelier.

Choose 2 strings - one from outer and one from inner side of ring (try to choose same piece of yarn). Thread some decorative beads on 2 strings (see photo). Repeat the same in 2 other places of ring (strings should create triangle).
Combine all 3 string together. Use a piece of artistic wire to attach chandelier to the pendant light.
Step 6:Enjoy your new luxury chandelier!
