One day, when I browsed some images and video on the Pinterest, an image uploaded by dearlives.com about this Halloween DIY Contest was showed before my eyes and I saved it.
In order to welcome this Halloween, a Halloween themed cake (pumpkin cake) was prepared by me. In the process of doing this one, I have tried many times but enjoy it. Fortunately, I succeeded. Today, I will make this Halloween DIY Contest again and record a video to explain the step. Now, let’s start it!
Step 1:Prepare what you need
Cling film
Oven
Knife
Tin foil
Spoon
Juicer
80g sugar
3 eggs
250g pumpkin pulp
200ml fresh cream
25g cake flour
4 pumpkins
Step 2:Cook these pumpkins
Before covering these pumpkins with Cling film, you need to wash them and then put them into the oven until they get soft and can eat them. Next, take them out and cut the upper part as a lid. Now, you can remove seeds first and then separate the pulp from the pumpkin with the spoon but leave 1cm to avoid staving the surface of the pumpkin.
Step 3:Prepare the material of the cake
Put the prepared material into the blender until they are mixed well. The materials include 250g pumpkin pulp, 80g sugar, 25g cake flour, 3 eggs, 200ml fresh cream.
Step 4:Bake the Halloween themed cake
You can cover the pumpkin with tin foil. After that, pour the liquid (made in step 2 ) into the pumpkin covered with tin foil. Now, put it into the oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 5:Carve the pumpkin
After baked, carve the eyes, nose, and mouth on the pumpkin with the knife.
Now, a pumpkin cake was finished. You can put them in a while or add some ice cream to eat it.
What a delicious pumpkin cake~
Tips: Another 3 pumpkins were made in the same way. In order to share this tutorial clearly, I only take one pumpkin cake as an example.
